ARCOlisboa 2021 MOVED TO A DIGITAL FORMAT
Planned to be presented in-person, ARCOlisboa will now take place in a virtual-only format on its ARCO E-XHIBITIONS platform.

The change in dates of the main international art fairs, as well as the possible impact that the health situation could continue to have on international mobility, have motivated the decision of the Organizing Committee of ARCOlisboa and of the different agents involved in the organization of the International Fair of Contemporary Art of Lisbon to adapt its 2021 edition to a digital format.
With the aim of allowing galleries to exhibit their proposals and maintain contact with collectors and buyers from all over the world, the fair organized by IFEMA MADRID and the Câmara Municipal de Lisboa has already started working on the ARCO E-XHIBITIONS platform where a complete program of visits will be developed exclusively for the galleries. The platform will be active from September 13 to 19 with VIP access from the 12th.

In parallel, the Organization is also working on the next in-person edition of ARCOlisboa, which will be held from May 18 to 22, 2022 in the National Cordoaria; usual dates of the fair, in which adequate conditions are foreseen to guarantee the attendance of collectors, as well as the internationality of the fair and the commercial success of the galleries.
