The Medellín Museum of Modern Art (MAMM) is seeking a new Chief Curator, who will build upon the Museum’s decade-long process of growth and transformation, contributing to its consolidation as a vital space for the cultural life of Medellín, Colombia, and the region. The Studiotopia international program is open for the submission of proposals to the residency program for young scientists or emerging artists. AWARE: Archives of Women Artists, Research and Exhibitions announced a residency at the Villa Vassilieff in Paris for research on women and non-binary photographers and video artists. During this three-month residency, the selected candidate will be invited to present their research during a public event as well as to write a research article for publication on the AWARE website. The residency includes an independent studio apartment within the Villa Vassilieff, a monthly living allowance, and transportation to and from Paris.

apexart is soliciting idea-based group exhibition proposals for its NYC open call October 1–31, 2024. Five winning proposals will receive up to a 10,000 USD exhibition budget and become apexart exhibitions at the NYC space as part of the 2025–26 exhibition season. Curators, artists, writers, and creative individuals, regardless of experience level or location, are invited to submit a proposal online.

Arte Laguna Prize is a contemporary art competition for artists of all ages, nationalities and artistic backgrounds, regardless of gender and with free subject matter. The competition offers numerous opportunities for participating artists to expand their network, gain international visibility and access valuable resources for the development of their careers. The Museo de Arte Moderno de Buenos Aires invites artists and art professionals from Argentina and abroad who have been living in the country for 3 years or more to apply to the Casa Alberto Heredia Residency Program. Applications will be accepted until June 30, 2024 for the periods August-December 2024 and March-June 2025.

Fundación Ama Amoedo announces the call for the Grants Fundación Ama Amoedo 2024. With the aim of providing resources and opportunities for the strengthening of the art ecosystem and its institutions, a total of USD 100,000 will be divided into 10 grants of USD 10,000. Pinta BAphoto is the most important art fair specialized in photography in Latin America. In its 20th edition, it invites galleries to submit their proposals until April 30, 2024.
