BIENALSUR has organized two open international contests for curatorial projects and artistic proposals to encourage the creation of projects that could not be conducted outside the exceptional setting of a biennial. In this regard, those proposals that intervene/interfere non-conventional sites, public urban spaces, etc. will be favored in order to build visual reference networks. The Biennial will thus become a milestone that signals the territory beyond conventional exhibition halls. The calls are open until August 31st, 2016.
