Liliana Porter (b. 1941, Argentina) has resided in New York since 1964. She works across mediums in printmaking, canvas, photography, video, film, installations, theater, and public art. She was awarded the Guggenheim Fellowship in 1980.

Porter’s work was included in the 57th Biennale di Venezia in 2017 and has been exhibited internationally at venues such as the Museum of Modern Art, New York; Museo MALBA, Buenos Aires; El Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía, Madrid; The Museum of Fine Art in Boston; and The Whitney Museum of American Art, New York.
