This selection, curated by Aldones Nino, serves as a line of argument for the investigation of different themes, from those that deal with the concept of territory to those that surround the processes of writing.

Under this premise, and joined by the inspiration of the exhibition's homonymous poem, which constitutes a reference to pre-Hispanic thought, the works of Carlos Amorales, Damián Ortega, Elizabeth Calzado, Jorge Méndez Blake, Abraham Cruzvillegas Juan Pablo Macias, Mariana Castillo Deball, Mario Garcia Torres, Ricardo Rendón, Pepe Mar, Tania Pérez Córdova and Teresa Margolles acquire a special relevance as it is the first time that the collection is exhibited as a collective of the same nationality, being, in addition to this argumentative path, a good representation of the panorama of Mexican contemporary art.

En el interior del cielo can be visited until October 18 at the Cultural Institute of Mexico in Spain, Carrera de San Jeronimo, 46, Madrid, Spain.
